The National Society of DAC has ten chapters in California. Information about each chapter can be read by selecting from the list. Each chapter has a registrar who is a good genealogist, and is prepared to help any applicant with her membership application.

Governor John Winthrop Chapter
The Governor John Winthrop Chapter was organized on December 12, 1952. Currently the chapter has 17 members. Most members are from the local area; however, some members are from other areas, as well. Local residency is not a requirement for membership in any chapter.
The Governor John Winthrop Chapter meetson the 2nd Monday in the months of Sep, Nov, Jan, May. Meetings include a speaker and no host luncheon and are arranged within the Alhambra Area. If you would like to attend one of our meetings, please contact us.
We welcome any woman for membership who is a citizen of the United States of America, of good moral character, who has attained her eighteenth year. Information on membership in the National Society Daughters of the American Colonists can be found here.
